In this 60 minute workshop participants will learn about best practices for grant writing for artists. They will come away with a general overview of the fundraising landscape and a roadmap for how to find applicable grants. This workshop will also cover tips on how to stand out to funding bodies, best practices when writing and submitting an application, and how to effectively plan and budget a project.
Instructor Bio:
Since 2012 Marley Errico has been working with artists and entrepreneurs to help fund, market, and manage their projects. Drawing upon her skill set and network of professional resources, she provides a comprehensive support system for creative initiatives. Her approach is based on experience and an intuitive understanding that centres her client’s core values to strategically position them within their niche.
