From one desk to a full classroom
Private rooms sized for one to eight people, a co-working room that seats twelve, and bookable rooms for meetings, teaching, and team sessions. Some rooms do more than one job.
Individual Pro Office
A private room of your own, roughly 80 square feet. Built for one person who needs a door that closes.
Team Cluster 2
Room for a founding pair, roughly 150 square feet. Enough space to spread out without renting more than you need.
Team Cluster 4
A four-person team room, roughly 155 square feet. The most common starting point for a small startup.
Team Cluster 6
Roughly 270 square feet for a team of six. Room for desks and a working wall.
Team Cluster 8
Roughly 300 square feet for a team of eight. The largest private configuration we offer.
Co-Working
Roughly 570 square feet, seating up to twelve. Work alongside other founders instead of alone at home.
Conference Rooms
The room you bring a client to. Presentation displays, whiteboards, and video conferencing.
Classrooms
Set up for teaching. Training sessions, workshops, and cohort programs run here.
Team Collaboration Rooms
Twenty people with room to spread out, present, and break into smaller groups.
Private offices are available with flexible terms, subject to availability. Shared rooms are bookable by request. We hold more than one of several of these, and some flex between uses, so ask and we'll tell you what's open for your dates.

A generic co-working space gives you a desk and wifi. Here, the same building holds mentors, an Innovation Lab, student teams, faculty researchers, and partner organizations. Most members tell us the neighbors are the reason they stay.

You get a desk, but the desk is the smallest part of it. Members share the whole facility: rooms to meet clients in, a lab to prototype in, and neighbors who are building something too.
