Use the platform for whatever isn't working yet. That's usually a landing page for a promotion, a CRM to hold contacts that currently live in a spreadsheet, or email and SMS campaigns that keep slipping. Add the next piece when you're ready, or never. It's your call.

The short version: we advise for free, and we build for a fee. If we're talking, it's included. If our team is doing the work for you, it's a scoped engagement with a quote.

Your monthly session is a good place to figure out which side of that line your project falls on. If it turns out to be build work, you'll leave with an estimate, not a sales pitch.

Two conditions. Name the person so we can grant them their own login rather than sharing yours, and have them agree to the platform usage terms. Named access also means we can remove it cleanly when the engagement ends.

Because sending is the one thing on a shared platform where one account can create problems for everyone else. A single campaign to a purchased or unverified list can damage email deliverability for other members, and that's slow and expensive to repair.

So building is wide open, and sending has a gate. Before you connect your own domain and send to real contacts, we walk through your setup, your sending domain, and your list sources. It usually takes one session, it costs nothing, and it's the same review for everyone.

Yes, and we'd encourage it. Register the domain yourself so you own it outright, then connect it when you're ready to launch. We'll help with the setup as part of your go-live review.

Until then, build on a free subdomain we provide so you're not paying for a domain before you know the project is going somewhere.

You can take it with you. If you decide to leave, move to your own platform subscription and we'll help you migrate your account, your contacts, and what you've built.
