Five levels plus a destination

Each level answers one question: what will you be able to DO after completing it? You advance on demonstrated capability, not seat time. Every title is earned on evidence.

1LEVEL

AI Foundations

Your single gateway. Open to every student, no experience required.

Complete one approved AI certification on your own initiative. Set your own deadline with your program contact; we check in at key milestones. That is the entire entry requirement.

Time: 2 to 4 weeks, self-paced You earn: External AI certification Skills: AI literacy, prompting, responsible AI
How you get in: Just enroll. Initiative is the only filter.
2LEVEL

Micro-Intern · 3-Hour Micro-Internship

Your first real application: a real company, a real case, a real deliverable.

Get matched to one of ~50 developed cases and a current client company. Spend three focused hours on AI-assisted research and analysis, then deliver a one-page debriefing report the client will actually read and act on. Paid whenever funding allows.

Time: 3 hours + prep You earn: TIQC Micro-Internship Certificate Skills: Problem analysis, client communication, professional writing
How you get in: Complete your Level 1 certification. That's it.
3LEVEL

Junior Practitioner · Specialty Sprints

"I can do the work with guidance and AI."

Keep the three-hour format you know, but go deeper into a discipline you choose. Sprints are repeatable: try several tracks or master one. Every completion goes into your Capability Portfolio.

Time: 3 hours per sprint, repeatable You earn: Portfolio entries Tracks: Consulting · Design · Development · Outreach · Narrative
How you get in: Complete at least one micro-internship. A few cycles are encouraged first.
4LEVEL

Project Associate · Project Sprint

"I can contribute effectively to a real project."

Move from individual bursts to sustained teamwork: two weeks to one month with defined roles, checkpoints, and a measurable outcome committed to the client. You'll also assist in Co-Create With AI labs as you grow.

Time: 2 weeks to 1 month You earn: Portfolio deliverables + client feedback Skills: Project planning, teamwork, stakeholder management
How you get in: By invitation, based on strong results across multiple three-hour cycles. This level is earned.
5LEVEL

Client Delivery Associate · Real Client Engagement

"I can take responsibility for a defined client deliverable."

Work inside real, ongoing client engagements: tech support, implementation, and advisory work. You own relationships, make decisions, and stay accountable for business value, with TIQC oversight behind you.

Time: Ongoing, scoped You earn: TIQC Applied Project Certificate Skills: Client ownership, decision making, professional judgment
How you get in: A successful Level 4 project sprint plus client and mentor endorsement.
BEYOND

Professional · Founder · Mentor

The capstone: economic impact and giving back.

Step into a job with demonstrated capability, or launch a venture with real client experience. Then come back: mentor current students, contribute live cases to Co-Create With AI labs, and stay part of the TIQC family. Anyone who has engaged TIQC once can always come back for help.

You carry: Full Capability Portfolio + references

Certificates are evidence.
Capability is the outcome.

Choose one certification. Any one opens the door.

These four are short, high-impact, and realistically completable in 2 to 4 weeks. Pick the one that fits you; there is no wrong choice.

Five sprint tracks. Choose your discipline.

Sprints match your interests to real client needs. Try several or master one; every completion builds your portfolio.

Consulting

Design

Apply design thinking to a scoped client problem.

Development

Build a working artifact: an automation, AI assistant, or prototype.

Outreach

Reconnect WIBO alumni through mentor-supported outreach.

Narrative

Three credentials, kept lean on purpose

Levels 3 and 4 deliberately issue no certificates; sprint and project outcomes go into your Capability Portfolio as evidence instead, keeping each credential scarce and credible.

Earned at Level 1

External AI Certification

Proves baseline AI knowledge and self-driven initiative. Your entry ticket to everything.

Earned at Level 2

TIQC Micro-Internship Certificate

Proves practical capability: applied skills delivered for a real client.

Earned at Level 5

TIQC Applied Project Certificate

Proves professional readiness: sustained delivery of real business value.

By graduation, your Capability Portfolio holds certifications, client deliverables, AI systems you built, businesses you supported, and recommendations you earned. It tells a far richer story than a GPA ever could.

Quick answers

Do I need any AI or work experience to start?
No. Level 1 is designed for first-year students with zero experience. If you can commit to finishing one certification, you belong here.
How long does the whole trajectory take?
That's up to you. Level 1 takes 2 to 4 weeks self-paced. Some students reach Level 4 within two semesters; others take longer and build more range along the way. You advance on demonstrated capability, not a calendar.
Will I get paid?
Micro-internships and later engagements are paid whenever funding allows, and we actively pursue sponsorship to sustain stipends. Certificates are earned regardless of pay status.
Can I repeat a level?
Yes, and we encourage it. Repeating micro-internships with new cases and trying multiple sprint tracks builds the range that earns Level 4 invitations.
What if I fall behind on my certification deadline?
Tell your program contact early and reset the milestone. Self-driven does not mean alone. What matters is that you keep moving.
What is Co-Create With AI and how do I get involved?
It's our program that helps businesses build AI capability through intro sessions, a bootcamp, and hands-on labs. Students at Level 4 and above assist in labs and support participating businesses. It's one of the most direct ways to see your skills create value for someone else.
What happens after I graduate?
You leave with three credentials and a full Capability Portfolio, and you stay part of the TIQC family. Come back for help, come back to mentor, come back to contribute a live case to a lab. The door does not close.
